Redborough Mapping Service is a wholly, Australian owned and operated company based in Bacchus Marsh specialising in providing customised maps to your specification.

We specialise in Hydrographic Survey of Marinas, Rivers and Dams. We can provide shallow water survey to a minimum depth of 0.6m and can also prepare contour maps both on and off shore showing current depth or heights and incorporate land features or photos to complement the contours which makes the map easy to read.

If we carry out another survey in the same area months or a year later we can compare both sets of data and provide maps showing the changes that have taken place in say river bank erosion, or sand and silt movements in marina's. We can also calculate pre and post dredge volumes.

We can provide navigational charts of rivers or storage capacities maps of dams and lakes, together with volumes. Our low frequency echo sounder can penetrate the soft mud or weed & give a depth of solid material. Our new software can generate contours of the difference between the high & low frequency sounder.

Our Whole Farm Planning service includes accurate pick up of permanent features like buildings, fences, dams etc. Contours, new fences designs, paddock size and land types are arranged on different layers to help shown the grand plans of the whole property.

The Feature Mapping service involves high accuracy 3D pickup of coastal features like sand dune, jetties and boat ramps.

We can create accurate cross sections of say a sea wall or groyne from sea floor over the groyne to the sea floor on the other side.
